Kouji Ariga made the TSURU wine bottle cooler. His actual work is to polish stainless steel, called “Bafuya”. He started to makes some objects in his free time and finally he made the wine bottle cooler. His works are stylish but yet very well thought. The cooler holds firmly the bottles and gives them a perfect inclination to give the wine the best possible way to express itself. It is a perfect balance between style and usability. Thanks to his amazing polishing skills all the objects have an incredible shine.

He always gets the ideas for his objects at night. He then designs them, chooses the right materials, welds them and finally polishes them. During the process it might happen that the objects differ from his original image. If this happens he simply starts it all over from scratch.
